Our Non-Profit Programmes

Through Open Events and Cross-Border Baltics, we provide regional entrepreneurs with open access to practical expertise, international delegations, and ethical peer networks.

To fulfill our statutory non-profit objectives, Baltic Business Club MTÜ administers two flagship programmes designed to support entrepreneurs, founders, and regional business associations across the Baltics and Nordics.

Programme 01: Open Events & Public Knowledge Sessions

Open Events represent our primary public-benefit contribution to the regional business community. These sessions are deliberately open to all entrepreneurs, business leaders, and students without requiring club membership.

  • CEO Talks & Keynotes: Public lectures featuring experienced founders and domain experts sharing verifiable business cases, market entries, and turnaround lessons.
  • Peer Business Breakfasts: Morning problem-solving roundtables focused on practical operational topics including B2B sales development, talent acquisition, and AI workflow integration.
  • Open Summaries & Research: Codified takeaways, slides, and educational summaries published freely on our website and distributed across regional partner networks.
  • Participation: Free or at cost by registration; announced on our website schedule and partner channels.

Programme 02: Cross-Border Baltics & Nordics

Cross-Border Baltics is an institutional initiative dedicated to breaking down commercial silos between the business ecosystems of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden.

  • Delegations & Exchange Visits: Bringing cohorts of entrepreneurs to visit leading technology, manufacturing, and logistics enterprises across Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Helsinki, and Stockholm.
  • Institutional Partnerships: Collaborating with local chambers of commerce, regional development agencies, and university incubators to foster cross-border market entry.
  • Direct Executive Introductions: Facilitating high-trust introductions between founders seeking commercial counterparts, distribution partners, or supply chain diversification in neighboring countries.
