About Baltic Business Club MTÜ

We are a non-profit association (mittetulundusühing) registered in Estonia. This page contains the information anyone should be able to find about us: mission, people, legal details and reports.

Our mission

We bring entrepreneurs together to learn from each other and to strengthen the region.

The association exists to develop the entrepreneurial environment of the Baltic and Nordic region: to make practical business knowledge accessible, to build trust between entrepreneurs across borders, and to support a culture of responsible, ethical business.

We are a membership-based non-profit. Our activities are financed by membership fees and partner contributions; every euro is used for the statutory goals of the association, not distributed as profit.

Our history

  1. 2017Founded in Tallinn as a community of entrepreneurs.
  2. December 2020Registered as a non-profit association (MTÜ) in the Estonian e-Business Register.
  3. November 2023Held the Business Chamber Common Meeting in Tallinn together with Tallinn City for the boards of chambers of commerce from the Baltic Sea region.
  4. December 2024Seven years of activity and more than 100 events.
  5. February 2025Hosted leaders from 21 chambers of commerce in Tallinn and raised €30,000 for Tallinn Children’s Hospital.
  6. July 2025Visited Tallinn Children’s Hospital to see the colonoscope bought with the funds raised.
  7. 2026Started publishing event summaries in English, Russian and Estonian.
