Members of Baltic Business Club from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania met at Zunda Towers in Riga for a day of discussion and planning of future cooperation.
Participants shared formats and opportunities and discussed scaling businesses, the role of family in entrepreneurship, and the move from day-to-day operations to strategic growth.
Family as an organisation
The central session was an open conversation with Andrey and Tetiana Doktorov on the family as an organisation: mission, boundaries and dialogue, and how a family can be a source of energy rather than burnout when both partners are active and ambitious.
The next morning, participants from across the Baltics met again at the Business Clubs Chess Tournament.
Thank you to everyone who joined and made these two days possible.
