Baltic Business Club residents from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania met at the iconic Zunda Towers in Riga.
One day – strong participants, real topics, and space for future collaborations.
We connected in person, shared formats and opportunities, and discussed scaling businesses, the role of family in entrepreneurship, and moving from day-to-day operations to strategic growth.
The highlight was a deep, honest conversation with Andrey & Tetiana Doktorov on Family as an Organization: mission, boundaries, dialogue – how to make a family a source of energy, not burnout, while both partners are active and ambitious.
The day ended with a private dinner in the heart of Riga and – as a perfect finale – Robbie Williams live in Meza Parks.
The next morning, we switched from strategy to competition at the Business Clubs Chess Tournament – bringing together sharp minds from across the Baltics for a few hours of focused play and great conversations.
Grateful to everyone who joined and made these two days so special.
