Read more →Baltic Business Club MTÜ brings together founders and executives from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden to share experience, strengthen cross-border cooperation and grow the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region.

The association exists to develop the entrepreneurial environment of the Baltic and Nordic region: to make practical business knowledge accessible, to build trust between entrepreneurs across borders, and to support a culture of responsible, ethical business.
We are a membership-based non-profit. Our activities are financed by membership fees and partner contributions; every euro is used for the statutory goals of the association, not distributed as profit.
Peer-to-peer learning between founders and executives: real cases, honest discussion and practical decisions instead of theory.
Connecting the business communities of Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Helsinki and Stockholm through joint meetings, visits and delegations.
Promoting responsible leadership, ethical business conduct and mutual support as the norm of the regional business community.
Beyond member activities, the association runs two programmes that are open to entrepreneurs outside the club. They are the core of our public-benefit work.
Public talks, business breakfasts and thematic sessions where experienced founders share what actually worked — and what did not. Open Events are our way of giving the region's entrepreneurs access to first-hand experience without a membership.
A programme that builds working relationships between the business communities of the five cities: joint meetings, business visits to leading companies of the region, entrepreneur delegations and partnerships with local business associations.
Open to all entrepreneurs upon prior registration.
For members, the association runs about 12 meetings a month — more than 140 a year. Each format serves a specific purpose: strategic discussion, experience sharing, partnership building and international contacts.
Meetings of entrepreneurs in a small circle: deep conversation, experience exchange and long-term working relationships.
Discussion of international markets, diversification strategies and how members evaluate opportunities.
Meetings inside the leading companies of the region: management processes and corporate culture seen from the inside.
CEO Talks, mastermind sessions, CEO Room.
Leadership discussions, stress management workshops and family meetings.
AI Room and technology practice sessions.
Delegations, cross-border exchanges, study visits.
Members of the association are founders and executives who build companies with real economic impact — from technology and logistics to real estate and finance. At the heart of the club is its greatest asset: its people.
Experienced entrepreneurs who represent the association and its values in their countries.
